The Emotionally Intelligent Leader

This course is designed by Denise O’ Brien, an accomplished leadership and development professional, with specific expertise in coaching, personal development and change management. Denise holds a degree in Marketing and is a practitioner of NLP, MBTI and Lean Sigma Process Improvement methodologies. She also has a Diploma Business & Life Coaching and is a registered ‘You Can Heal Your Life’ teacher, a programme based on the philosophies of Louise L. Hay.

We live in a world where ‘the only constant is change’. Denise’s aim is to teachers with the relevant skills and knowledge to thrive, when faced with change and challenges.

This course is for teachers who want a better understanding of emotional intelligence and how they can work on their own core competencies.

It would be beneficial for teachers interested in self-improvement personally and professionally. Teachers considering progressing into leadership roles in the future would also benefit from this CPD course.

• Core Competencies of Emotional Intelligence
• Emotional Intelligence Self-Awareness
• Personal Development Planning
