Rahoo Summer Courses 2020 Dates

 

Group 1: 1 – 17 July

Group 2: 20 July – 5 August

Group 3: 10 – 21 August

 

 

Summer Courses must be completed in the allocated time-frame. 

This frees you (and our tutors) up to enjoy the rest of your summer… guilt-free!

Summer Courses consist of 20 hours of learning:

 

  • 10 hours of online learning 
  • 10 self-verified offline hours 
 
Each Summer Course is divided into 5 modules.
 

Summer Course Completion:

  • Participants must complete two discussion forum posts per module.

  • Participants must complete an end of module assignment (reflection, quiz, task) for each module.

  • Participants must complete an end of course assignment which demonstrates how the course will impact on your teaching.

All of our Summer Courses are DES approved for EPV Days.

1 Course = 3 EPV Days

2 Courses = 4 EPV Days

3 Courses = 5 EPV Days

 

Once you successfully complete your course, your Professional Tutor will issue you with an EPV Certificate – yay!

 

 

According to DES rules, participants must completed one course at a time as exact dates of course completion will be noted on certificates.

 

Courses are hosted in a virtual learning system that is easy to navigate and user-friendly.

All you need is a reliable broadband connection and PC or laptop!

 

Yes! 

Our Summer Courses have been approved by the Department of Education therefore once teachers complete the course and meet all the requirements, they will be provided with an EPV Certificate.

 

Absolutely!

Your learning experience is hugely important to us. We have a team of Professional Tutors who will be on hand to provide support to our Summer Course participants.

We will provide technical support throughout the duration of the course, should it be required.
