Demonstrating how you meet the teaching standards can be daunting. Even though it is something you do every day and you know inside out, demonstrating your practice to explicitly link it with the LOAS framework panics some teachers!
How can we meet the statements of highly effective practice?
A very simple tool that can be used to support learners assess their progress realistically and describe their strengths and areas of development is the use of a progress arrow.
This also enable students to take responsibility for their own work and improving it.
