In a nutshell Primary school teacher currently HSCL! Proud Clare woman (too old to be classed as a Millenial living the dream in Dublin). Loves Red wine, dark chocolate, Catastrophe (Sharon Horgan would be the ideal addition in any school staffroom!) coffee & hanging out with my pals!

Professional Background I am a native Irish speaker, with 16 years experience in primary education. I completed my MA in An Oideachas Lán-Ghaeilge agus Gaeltachta in MIC in 2021 and I am now in year 3 of the Doctor of Education programme in DCU, specialising in inclusive and special education. I work in a DEIS band 1 primary school and have a keen interest in all aspects of supporting disadvantaged students in their learning environments

Professional Background I have taught for ten years, predominantly at the senior end of the school. I am the IT Coordinator in my school and enjoy using digital technology in learning. In addition to my classroom experience, I recently completed a M.Sc in Digital Technology in Trinity College.
