Professional background I qualified as a primary school teacher in 2006 and completed a Masters in Education in 2010. I have been working in a special school for the past 18 years. I was appointed the Deputy Principal of the school in 2012 and this became an administrative role in 2019. I really enjoy mentoring and working with NQTs.
