Professional Background I am principal of a large primary school in Dublin. I have a Masters in Education with research that focused on Mentoring and Induction. In 2020, I completed a PhD, examining the use of Portfolios for Professional Learning. I am passionate about leadership for learning, and in 2022 I co-founded a network for aspiring female leaders-WILL (Women in Learning & Leadership) which have over 2,200 members.
