Due to the overwhelmingly positive response and queries nationwide about this course we have decided to put it online so teachers can work at it from the comfort of their own home!

Explore elements of working smarter in education. We cover key themes such as behaviour management, marking, teacher stress, lesson planning and prioritising time. We delve deeper into Working Smarter Approaches with marking & feedback; lesson planning and homework.

This workshop is delivered in a practical, solution-focused, participant-led manner; and models effective teaching and learning strategies, which can then be used in the classroom. Participants are given the opportunity to reflect on their practice and implement positive changes.

The course aims to lead to better quality teaching and learning, through the establishment of strategic decision-making, the prioritisation of high-quality learning strategies and smarter working practices.

This would benefit new teachers, experienced teachers and school leaders from primary and post-primary schools.
